This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Forge Field Gear website located at https://www.forgefieldgear.com

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the USA have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions below:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused and undamaged.

  • Original Packaging: Must include original packaging, labels, and tags.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  • Contact us via email at support@forgefieldgear.com or by phone at +1 (954) 842-1266 within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Package Securely: Use original packaging, include all accessories and manuals.

  • Include Documentation: Attach the RMA form and relevant documents/photos if requested.

  • Attach Shipping Label: Print and attach the prepaid label (if applicable).

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must meet general eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

  • We will offer either a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us immediately.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if the order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time.

  • If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Full refund if not yet shipped.

  • After Shipment: Use standard return process after receiving the item.


7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products

  • Perishable Goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)

  • Intimate or Sanitary Items (e.g., underwear, opened personal care products)

  • Gift Cards and Downloadable Software


8. Refunds

8.2 Refund Processing

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.

  • For exchanges due to change of mind, customers cover shipping costs.


10. Timelines

  • Return Window: Report and ship return within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 days after return is inspected.

  • Refund Appearance: Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.


11. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under U.S. or Florida consumer protection laws.
